Serving Orlando, FL · Orange County
Orlando's historic neighborhoods are full of 1920s–1950s bungalows on original cast-iron and galvanized plumbing. When those pipes get replaced, we are the crew that closes the walls back up so you cannot tell it happened.

T2FDS serves Orlando from a base in nearby Clermont, and the work we do inside the city looks nothing like our Lake County work. Orlando's in-town neighborhoods are old, and old houses mean plumbing repairs, plaster, and repairs that have to disappear into eighty-year-old walls.
College Park went up around the 1920s land boom and is still largely craftsman bungalows and mission revivals from 1920–1950. Delaney Park is 1920s–1950s bungalows and colonial revivals on brick streets. Colonialtown South is a designated historic district. These are beautiful houses sitting on plumbing that has been in the ground for the better part of a century.
That means original cast-iron drain stacks and galvanized supply lines that corrode from the inside until they fail. When a homeowner finally re-pipes, the plumber opens 15 to 25 access holes through walls and ceilings to get at those runs — and then leaves. Plumbing and drywall are separate trades. Closing those holes is our single most common Orlando job.
Repairing them well in a 1930s house is harder than in a new build. Wall thickness varies, there is often plaster or plaster-over-lath rather than modern gypsum, and the surrounding texture is either dead flat or a hand-applied finish that no spray rig will match. We feather wide, match by hand, and blend into the existing surface instead of leaving a visible rectangle.
Closing the 15–25 wall and ceiling openings a re-pipe leaves behind — backed, patched, taped, textured and left paint-ready so the repairs vanish.
Matching flat plaster and hand-applied finishes in College Park, Delaney Park and Colonialtown homes where a sprayed texture would look obviously wrong.
Ceiling and wall openings cut by plumbers, electricians and HVAC techs — repaired to blend rather than left as a visible patch.

Yes — it is the job we do most often in Orlando. Plumbers cut the access holes and rarely close them, because plumbing and drywall are separate trades. A whole-home re-pipe typically leaves 15–25 openings. We back, patch, tape, texture and blend every one so they disappear under paint.
It is priced as one job, not per hole, which is why it works out far cheaper than twenty individual patch calls. We walk the house, count and measure the openings, and give you a single written number before starting. Small standalone patches start around $150–$300.
Yes. Older Orlando homes often have flat plaster or plaster-over-lath rather than modern textured gypsum, and a sprayed texture would look obviously wrong. We match those surfaces by hand and feather the compound wide so the repair blends into the original wall.
Regularly — College Park, Delaney Park and Colonialtown among them. Interior drywall repair does not usually trigger historic-district review, but we work clean, protect original floors and trim, and keep the finish consistent with the age of the house.
We are based in Clermont and in Orlando constantly. Derek follows up within 24 hours and on-site estimates are typically scheduled within 24–48 hours, with same-week scheduling often available for urgent water or plumbing-related repairs.
